Brandy Hodges, CCA
Brandy has been with the company since its beginning in 2003 as a co-owner and manager. With over 20 years in GIS experience and working with customers’ data, she can provide insight on how to utilize it for better farm decision making. Although this is her main role in the company, you may also catch her out in the field from time to time soil sampling or calling on customers and prospects. She is a graduate of Black Hawk College East in Kewanee, IL with a degree in Ag Production and has been a CCA since 1996.
Nick Steffens, CCA
Nick began with Agronomic Solutions in 2011 as a Sales Agronomist in Nebraska and Northern Kansas. In 2015 he became co-owner and now manages the Eastern half of Iowa. Nick has a degree in Ag Business from Arkansas State University and has been a Certified Crop Advisor since 2008. He has previous experience in Ag Retail and seed corn Research.
Justin has been with the company since 2016 when he started working part-time. Eventually that led to a full-time position as a Sales Agronomist in 2018 managing a large territory in Nebraska, Kansas, Southwest Iowa and Northwest Missouri. Justin graduated from the University of Nebraska at Lincoln with an Animal Science degree in 2016 spending two summers crop scouting where he found his interest in Agronomy.
Adam Cook, CCA
Adam joined Agronomic Solutions in February of 2019. He brings over 10 years of agronomy experience with a focus on manure and environmental compliance in the swine and egg laying industries. In addition to soil sampling and fertility recommendations, Adam is able to provide customers with manure management plans and help complete required regulatory paperwork for livestock producers. He graduated from Iowa State University with a major in Agricultural Systems Technology and a minor in Agronomy.
Dustin has been the equipment manager for the company since 2017. Prior to becoming a soil sampler he served 8 years in the Army, including 2 combat tours. While attending Iowa State University he worked on a research team specializing in drought tolerant maize and soil moisture. After graduating with his Agronomy degree, he worked sales and operations for a coop located in Central Iowa.
